This training module is about learning all one can about oneself and one’s audience, as a key to communicating:

• Adapting to one’s subject and one’s audience
• Awareness of key factors in speech and pronunciation

Module 2: “BUSINESS PRESENTATIONS”

This training module helps develop one’s know-how in terms of:

• Structuring one’s ideas, presenting oneself, catching one’s audience’s attention, speaking convincingly and with confidence
• Anticipating and avoiding linguistic misunderstandings
• Dealing with Q & A
• Preparing adequately for a presentation
