Nova Team Profile
The Nova Profile is a recognized psychometric tool, based on the work of Carl Jung and Eduard Spranger, which allows for the precise identification of an individual's natural behaviors, modes of adaptation, deep motivations, and interpersonal skills.
It offers valuable reading to support personal development, management, recruitment, or team cohesion.
But beyond individual understanding, Nova truly comes into its own in a collective approach thanks to the Nova Team Profile. This profile allows for the visual mapping of a group's relational dynamics, highlighting collective strengths, complementarities, areas requiring attention, and identifying concrete levers for improved cooperation.

A structured approach in 4 steps
Phase 1
Creation of individual profiles
Each participant completes an online Nova questionnaire beforehand. This process generates their personal profile, including their natural style, their adapted style, and their underlying motivations.
Phase 2
Creating the team profile
Once all the questionnaires have been completed, we work with Nova Global to create a consolidated team profile that summarizes individual data: positioning on the Nova wheel, psychological types present, collective strengths, areas for improvement, etc.
Phase 3
Individual feedback from an accredited expert
During the team dynamics session, each participant receives personalized insights into their Nova profile, facilitated by one of our accredited experts. This fosters awareness and recognition of each individual's talents.
Phase 4
Collective analysis and presentation of the team profile
