Our story
Since 2000, we have been supporting companies in their strategy and development, providing concrete action plans and teams ready to take on challenges in the field.
Company creation
From day one, our founding partners Richard Schwéry and Jean-Pierre Monney dedicated their energy and skills to your aspirations, and since then, the company has never stopped growing. Our activities began with executive coaching and other strategic consulting mandates.
2000
Creation of training and HR departments
Recognizing that human capital has always been the primary asset of a company, we have made a commitment to help you mobilize it.
This is how we expanded our areas of expertise to include continuing education and human resources.
2005
Creation of the TRE platform
At the request of the Employment Service of the Canton of Vaud, we opened one of the three TRE (job search techniques) platforms in the Canton of Vaud. We welcome more than 2,300 job seekers there each year.
2013
Moving to Vevey
We have moved from Lausanne to the Vaud Riviera. All our activities are centralized in Vevey, in welcoming premises close to all amenities.

20th Anniversary

Change of direction
Johanne Ciccarone has taken over the reins of the company as part of a management buyout. In line with the values of her predecessors, her mission is to enhance the reputation of Valeur Plus and its teams.
