Our methodology

We combined HR expertise, human support, and operational tools to structure
each approach is geared towards concrete and personalized results.

Phase 1

Tripartite framework

Kick-off meeting between the company, the employee and the coach to lay the groundwork, clarify expectations, formalize objectives and define the support arrangements.

Phase 2

Bilan et exploration

Guided introspection work to take stock of one's journey, skills, personal motivations, potential obstacles, and establish a clear and motivating foundation.

Phase 3

Construction du projet

Identification of one or more realistic and meaningful professional projects, consistent with aspirations, talents and market opportunities.

Phase 4

CV creation or improvement, writing impactful letters, LinkedIn optimization, interview simulations, networking and application strategy.

Our Platform
Job search techniques

Measure reserved for job seekers

Our team consists of ten trainers, a platform manager, and two administrative coordinators. Our training center offers courses tailored to the needs of the job market while taking into account the individual circumstances of each participant.

Our goal, in collaboration with the DGEM of the Canton of Vaud, is to support individuals registered with the ORP (Regional Employment Office) in their job search and reflective process. We offer seven different modules, which participants are registered for through their ORP advisor.

Balance sheet

Take stock of your strengths

Duration: 1 day

This module allows you to explore the various tools essential for returning to work in line with labor market expectations.

Job interview

Prepare to convince

Duration: ½ day or 1 day

Structured interview preparation. Focus on personal presentation, answering frequently asked questions, posture, and communication. Practical exercises and role-playing scenarios. Participants leave with concrete tools to prepare effectively.

Speed job interview

Prepare to convince

Duration: 2 hours

Individual module to prepare for an upcoming interview. Includes offer analysis, interview simulation, immediate feedback, and suggestions for improvement. Adapted to situations requiring targeted and rapid preparation.

  • 2-hour version
    Individual module. The participant is welcomed by a trainer who writes a tailored CV and cover letter for them, based on their background.

  • 1-day version
    Group workshop. Participants write their CV and cover letter based on the elements worked on in the Assessment module.

Create a CV that stands out

Duration: 2 hours

Individual module. Creation of a CV tailored to the participant's background and objectives. At the end of the session, the CV is finalized and ready to use.

Networks

Develop your professional network

Duration: ½ day

This module focuses on developing and activating your professional network. It covers preparing for initial contact, formulating your request, and following up on steps. You'll also participate in a mock networking interview. The module provides tools and methodology for actively seeking employment through networking.

Job search for people aged 50 and over

Revitalize your career

Duration: 1/2 day

Identifying the positive and negative preconceptions associated with being over 50 in the context of job searching. Introduction to the Nova profile and frequently asked questions from recruiters regarding age.
