2026 HR Survey: and what about your priorities, have they changed?

Every two years, Valeur Plus takes the pulse of organisations across French-speaking Switzerland. After the 2024 edition, which highlighted the talent shortage, the difficulties in developing leadership and employee wellbeing under strain, we are relaunching our observatory to measure how things have evolved.

What has changed in your organisation? Which challenges persist? What has improved or become more complex?

It is aimed at everyone - employees, managers, HR leaders, executives - and takes just 5 minutes. The results will be shared with all participants.
