In the era of going almost fully digital, it is time to take stock
Digitalisation. It is THE word of the last 12 months, or at least the one that comes to mind when we want to draw a positive conclusion from this Covid crisis.
For a year now, digitalisation in companies has been greatly accelerated by the obligation to work from home for those who can, and the field of training has been no exception. Online training existed before Covid, but it has boomed so much during this period that these new habits are very likely to last.
What exactly are we talking about when we refer to hybrid training? Discover these few terms specific to the digital vocabulary

And what next? Hybrid!
Now that we have a clearer picture of digital training, there remains the question everyone is asking... can and will digital training replace in-person training?
This question challenges the fundamentals of adult training, so there can be no simple answer. In reality, the question is poorly framed. We should instead ask how digital training will fit into the in-person training paradigm. Because we are convinced that hybrid training, combining in-person sessions, remote sessions and e-learning, represents genuine added value and is becoming essential for anyone wishing to train as an adult today.
Digital training tools have developed at great speed. Today we have a vast choice of them, easy to use, that foster interaction, sharing and group work despite the physical distance. An e-learning platform allows learners to follow asynchronous modules at their own pace, deepen their knowledge, continue their thinking after the training and share with their colleagues the changes it has brought about. Ultimately, in-person training allows for far greater relational and emotional involvement in the sharing of knowledge. It would be a shame to forgo the contribution of either of these forms of interaction!
At Valeur Plus, we are convinced that designing a training pathway should incorporate different formats: in-person sessions, webinars and e-learning modules. In this way, by using every available means, we increase the chances of achieving our goals: creating exchange, self-questioning and learning.

Hybrid training, a genuine commitment
We already offer our clients blended-learning training pathways, all of which have received excellent feedback. Several companies have entrusted us with training their managers through a fully hybrid approach. On the programme: in-person workshops, half-day webinars, e-learning modules with in-depth reflection to be carried out on managing one's team, and the little extra: a personalised coaching session for each participant with the facilitator, in order to explore in greater depth the professional challenges they face.
What is more, convinced of the value of blended learning, we have reshaped our inter-company management programme by adding webinars, e-learning modules and personalised coaching sessions.
The Covid crisis is not over, and its consequences may unfortunately last. However, we can make the most of this difficult period by seizing the opportunities it offers us. At Valeur Plus, we can say with satisfaction that this year has enabled us to accelerate a shift we had already begun some time ago, to consolidate our expertise and to view digital as an integral part of our offering.
