As part of our mission to support companies in enhancing their employer brand, Valeur Plus recently collaborated with VideoJobs on a photo and video shoot. The aim of this partnership was twofold: to strengthen our own employer brand while discovering an innovative approach to visual communication that we could offer to our clients.

What is VideoJobs' expertise?

As part of this project, we were able to experience first-hand VideoJobs' expertise in creating visual content. Their know-how makes it possible to convey, in an appealing and authentic way, a company's culture and values through impactful videos and professional photography.

VideoJobs excels at creating engaging content, whether employee testimonials, company tours or portraits. These productions give companies a unique opportunity to communicate effectively with their future talent. Their mastery of visual storytelling considerably enhances the appeal of the employer brand, enabling companies to stand out in an authentic way.

Why is the employer brand essential?

In today's world of recruitment and talent management, the employer brand plays a key role in attracting and retaining the best profiles. It is no longer enough to post job offers or to set out the benefits of working for a company. It is now about telling a story, evoking emotions and offering an authentic glimpse of life within the company. This is precisely where experts such as VideoJobs come in, highlighting the very essence of each organisation through impactful videos and professional photography.

As VideoJobs states on its website :

"Media content plays an essential role in modern recruitment, enabling companies to present their culture, their values and their working environment in an appealing and visual way."

We wanted to test this approach so as to be able to recommend an even higher-quality service to our clients, with a view to strengthening their image and attracting talent that matches their vision.

How did the collaboration with VideoJobs go?

  1. Preparation: From the outset, the collaboration with VideoJobs was smooth and collaborative. Together, we defined the needs, the services to be highlighted and the target audience. Several exchanges allowed ideas to emerge, resulting in the creation of a precise storyboard and detailed planning of the shoot.

  2. The shoot: The VideoJobs team, made up of two videographers and a photographer, succeeded in creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and professional. After putting our team at ease, the shoot unfolded in a friendly atmosphere, combining moments of laughter and concentration. Interviews, videos and photos were produced in line with the storyboard, reflecting the collaborative and committed spirit of Valeur Plus. The day concluded with a convivial moment over drinks, a testament to the success of this collaboration.

  3. Post-production: The collaboration did not stop at the end of the shoot. VideoJobs quickly provided us with drafts of the videos and photos, asking for our feedback to ensure that the final result fully matched our expectations. This process of adaptation demonstrated their flexibility and their commitment to delivering high-quality work.

This collaboration not only helped to strengthen our own image, but also demonstrated the importance of involving employees in this type of project. The shoot fostered a sense of belonging within our team, strengthened cohesion, and revealed some unsuspected talents.

What about the employee experience when it comes to the employer brand?

The employer brand is much more than a simple external communication tool. It embodies the employee experience at every stage of their professional journey within the company. It is a strategic lever for attracting qualified profiles, recruiting effectively, integrating people for the long term, supporting the development of talent, retaining employees and, finally, passing on a professional legacy when people leave.

Why is it important to surround yourself with experts?

Working with specialists such as VideoJobs is a valuable investment for companies wishing to nurture their employer brand. Their services go well beyond simple video production. Thanks to a human and personalised approach, centred on the values specific to each organisation, VideoJobs makes it possible to convey intangible but essential elements, such as the authenticity of a company culture.

At Valeur Plus, we are committed to supporting our clients throughout the employee journey, placing people at the heart of their employer brand strategy. This collaboration with VideoJobs demonstrated that combining our expertise in talent management with their know-how in visual content creation can considerably strengthen the employer brand image.
