Teach Up, our new e-learning platform for a personalised and interactive experience

Since 2018, we have embraced the digitalisation of our training programmes and have been offering courses in blended learning, a training method that combines online and in-person learning. This approach allows for greater flexibility, engagement and added value in discussions and the sharing of experiences, leading to concrete actions and observable results, both during and after the training programme.
And since 1 March 2023, we have been delighted to work with a new, even more intuitive and dynamic e-learning platform: Teach Up. This solution makes it possible to deliver online training in a personalised, interactive and, above all, adaptive way.
Indeed, the key concept behind Teach Up is adaptive learning, which tailors the training to each learner's level and needs. In practical terms, adaptive learning uses intelligent algorithms to adjust the training content in real time according to the learner's performance. For example, if the learner easily completes a module, the platform will automatically offer a higher level of difficulty for the next module. Conversely, if the learner struggles, the platform will offer a lower level of difficulty for the following module.
